Surveyor

Job Description:

To monitor expenditure during construction.

Prepare and issue to the Contractor Request For Quotations.

Handles progress claim, subcon claim, project costing and contract matters

Prepare of tender documents, cost planning control and budget estimation

Coordinator with sub-contractors, suppliers & consultants

Check all receiving Work Order with respective site in-charge to before onward submission of documents for approval by the Project Manager

Perform site inspection walk to ensure conformity and accuracy of reporting

Scaffold quantity surveying duties accuracy of reporting .

Involve in preparing regular cost reports including maintenance budget cost controls.

Requirements:

Good knowledge of materials and construction at site

Strong measurement skill.

Good analytical skills
