Position title: QAQC TPC Coordinator

Job Purpose:
- To coordinate and manage all Third Party Certification (TPC) activities in compliance with client's corporate standards and project-specific requirements, ensuring independent verification and certification of materials, equipment, and packages throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- To become familiar with the company's TPCA requirements (Personnel, Weekly submittal, etc)
- Develop and maintain the TPC Matrix, including TPC inspector name, contact email, vendor information, equipment/material to be certified, and certificate type/Inspection level.
- Ensure TPC inspection activities are scheduled and aligned with manufacturing timelines.
- Coordinate with procurement and engineering teams to ensure TPC attendance at all required inspection and test points.
- Ensure all TPC-related documentation is reviewed, approved, and distributed in accordance with project document control procedures.
- Track and manage Vendor Document Requirements Lists (VDRLs) and ensure certification documents are complete and compliant.
- Facilitate the issuance and endorsement of Inspection Certificates (Type 3.1, 3.2, etc.) as per EN 10204 and project specifications.
- Verify that all TPC activities are conducted in accordance with approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), project specifications, and international standards.
- Ensure TPC inspectors are present at all mandatory hold and witness points.
- Support the resolution of non-conformities identified during TPC inspections and ensure timely closure.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the Contractor, TPC agencies, and Client representatives.
- Prepare and submit regular TPC activity reports, including inspection schedules, progress updates, and certification status.
- Ensure prompt reporting of any non-conformities or certification delays to project management.
- Coordinate final inspections and ensure all certification requirements are met prior to shipment or installation.
- Ensure Manufacturer Record Books (MRBs) and certification packages are complete, reviewed, and approved by TPC agencies.
- Support handover of certified materials and equipment to construction or commissioning teams.
- Ensure timely submission of all vendor documents CRS.
- Monitor and report TPCA KPI achievement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Materials, or related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality coordination or inspection roles in similar fields. Able to control and monitor the TPC/TPIC and vendors inspection activities as per the approved ITP
- Familiarity with international standards such as ISO 9001, EN 10204, API, ASME, and Client (Middle East) corporate standards.
- Experience working with TPC/TPIA agencies and managing certification processes.
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken);
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Must be able to work independently and under pressure in a multi-cultural project environment.
- Willingness to travel to vendor facilities, fabrication yards, and construction sites as required.
- Must comply with all Client HSE and quality policies and procedures.
