Founded in 1998 in Singapore with our principal business in high-tech factory engineering, we have since extended our expertise into commercial projects with luxury hotels and commercial properties.
The Project team is currently looking for a suitable candidate to join us as a Project Engineers (Mechanical) to drive the ongoing and new projects in the company.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare Quality Assurance and Quality Control plans
- Assess the systems and controls that organisation has put in place
- Provide methods to carry out quality assurance and quality control procedures
- Plan for inspections at different phases of the project
- Propose continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality management system
- Draft inspection checklists
- Conduct inspections to ensure that materials used comply with relevant quality assurance requirements and regulatory guidelines
- Conduct site surveillance to adhere to quality control procedures
- Evaluate if corrective actions taken are accurate and implemented effectively
- Apply organisational environmental sustainability and green building standards and guidelines during inspections
- Plan preventative maintenance.
- Work with others to detect problems and implement solutions.
- Maintaining quality and safety standards are upheld.
- Site preparation and co-ordination, preparation of submission documents.
- Coordinate, liaise and manage various project stakeholders including customers, consultants, sub-contractors, vendors, etc. on site to ensure project requirements are met.
- Able to communicate effective to all stakeholders.
- Prepare and create detail work schedule, manpower and resource planning.
- Coordinate the safety management system on site.
- Follow up and reporting on the project progress.
- Able to understand Singapore standards or Code of Practice.
- All other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by reporting manager.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Relevant Qualification in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- For experience candidates, preferably to possess minimum 2 years relevant experience in the Construction Industrial Engineering industry.
- Outgoing with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and target oriented in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of civil, structural, architectural or mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines, codes, and regulations
- Ability to interact effectively with project members and managers at all levels.
