Responsible for examining PCBAs, mechanical parts, components or finished products to ensure they meet the required quality standards and specifications.
Using various tools and equipment to perform measurements and inspections. These could include visual inspections and the use of specialized testing equipment.
To record and document inspection results, ensuring that any defects or non-conformities are properly noted.
Reporting any issues or defects found during inspection, notify relevant personnel such as product managers and supplier product quality managers.
Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
Responsible for the proper maintenance and calibration of inspection equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.
Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and guidelines to maintain consistent product quality.
Participate in internal or external audits to assess the effectiveness of quality management systems.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of using measuring equipment (Height gauge, Vernier caliper, Smartscope)
Min. 3 Years experience in Aerospace industry
Basic knowledge of SAP transactions
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Willing to support overtime occasionally on evenings and/or weekends

Working Location: Changi
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
May be required to work in shifts when necessary.
