Responsibilities
- Conduct analytical and microbiological testing, method validation, and equipment calibration per SOPs.
- Review and approve test results, manage lab documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Lead lab investigations, troubleshoot equipment issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Write, review, and maintain SOPs, training materials, and quality documentation.
- Participate in cross-functional projects, equipment validation, and safety initiatives while ensuring laboratory readiness and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, and laboratory compliance standards.
- Proficiency with LIMS, HPLC, GC, and laboratory instrumentation familiarity with Empower and SAP is an advantage.
- Demonstrated leadership, effective problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proven ability to work in teams and independently manage projects and investigations.
- Experience in method validation, equipment qualification, and technical training.
