RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position is for Office of Overseas Centres (OOC).
- Conduct comprehensive market feasibility studies on target regional markets, particularly that of China and India.
- Identify relevant market entry models for potential and new overseas centres.
- Engage with stakeholders, institutions, organisations, companies and external consultants to gather relevant market data and intelligence.
- Help identify and evaluate potential partnership and business opportunities for new overseas centre markets in the region, focusing on China and India.
- Synthesize market data and intelligence into coherent reports and papers fit for presentations.
- Assist in the development of overseas centres expansion and support implementation plans.
- Any other work as assigned by the Office of Overseas Centres.
QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree and/or relevant work experience.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.
- Preference will be given to candidates with in-depth knowledge of both the China and India markets. Relevant experience life experience in China and/or India will be an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Fluency in Chinese and/or Hindi will be an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and tasks without comprising work quality.
- Inter-cultural mindset and proactive in nature. Team player.
- Strong interest in business development, international engagement, strategic partnerships, and higher education sector.
- Able to travel in the region and with short notice and sometimes for long duration.
