Job Description
. Ensure production workers comply with GMP and hygiene practices at all times
. Responsible for preparing and tasting finished goods sensory samples
. Support in raw material batching & pre-weighing verification checks and highlight immediately to the Superior/Manager should there be any non-compliances
. Support in sending daily QC reports to management and ensure that the information sends out are accurate.
. Ensure operators and operation flow complies with food safety standards and SOP
. Responsible for conducting in-house swabbing test such as equipment, hand, packaging.
. Responsible for conducting in-house air environmental
. Responsible for coordinating with third party lab to arrange for air, water, equipment swab, hand swab, packaging swab.
. Monitor and report pest activities to ensure good hygiene in warehouse and production
. Handle pest control
. Responsible for raw material sample drawing
. Handle 2nd & 3rd party audit
. Ensure all relevant documents are in place before production start.
. Support in line production check on CCPs, OPRPs and in-line checking of the products such as FOC. Highlight immediately to the Superior/Manager should there be any non-compliances
. Support in line production checks such as correct raw material usage, correct packaging are use, correct stencilling information and ensuring that changeover / flush out are done accordingly.
. Support in production to ensure finished goods samples are collected and ensuring that correct samples are collected by the productions.
. Any adhoc duties assigned by Superior/Manager.
Requirements
. Diploma in Food Science or related
. Bi-weekly rotating shifts: employees will alternate between day (8 am-8 pm) and night (8 pm-8 am) shifts every two weeks
. Experience: Preferably with food background acknowledge
. Able to communicate English in a multi-nationalities work environment
. Able to work in fast pace environment and able to show good team player
