Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of South and North Indian dishes
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet restaurant requirements
- Handle daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times
- Ensure proper storage of food and ingredients
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
- Work closely with kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
- Able to handle busy periods and work under pressure
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Experience in cooking Indian cuisine preferred
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Team player with good attitude
