Job Description

Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of South and North Indian dishes
  • Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet restaurant requirements
  • Handle daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times
  • Ensure proper storage of food and ingredients
  • Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Work closely with kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
  • Able to handle busy periods and work under pressure
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in cooking Indian cuisine preferred
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Team player with good attitude
