QUALITY CONTROL ENGINEER

. Develop and maintain quality control standardsand procedures to ensure product compliance with customer requirements.

. Develop and implement test plans, protocols andinspection processes in accordance with applicable standards.

. Monitor and inspect incoming and outgoingproducts to ensure quality and accuracy.

. Investigate and analyze customer complaints andnon-conforming products and recommend corrective actions.

. Develop and maintain a quality assurance systemto ensure that products meet customer specifications.

. Identifyand recommend improvements in existing processes, procedures and products.

. Provide technical support and guidance to otherdepartments on quality control procedures.

. Assist in maintaining compliance with applicablenational, international and internal standards and regulations

. Prepare detailed reports on quality controlactivities and findings.

. Developand implement training programs and materials on quality control processes.
