Position Overview

Quality Checker team of Card Centre performs quality checks on every card mailers after card personalization ensuring that we meet our service level on accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for performing quality checks on Bank cards
• Meeting Service Levels of the Banks
• Performing end day reconciliation for internal reporting
• Other ad-hoc duties

Requirements

• Min. Education Level: ITE
• Field of Study: Not applicable
• Skills: Production
• Need to be meticulous & detailed
• Language: English
• Prior working experience in Production line would have a priority
