Are you passionate about driving quality excellence and continuous improvement We're looking for a QAQC Manager to lead, develop, and enhance our quality framework in line with ISO standards and corporate guidelines.
Your Impact
In this role, you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and continuously improving our Quality Management System across the organization. You'll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, efficiency, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS)
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and corporate requirements
- Monitor performance through KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead internal audits and coordinate external certification processes
- Manage quality documentation, procedures, and operating manuals
- Support investigation of non-conformities using quality tools (e.g. RCA, 5 Whys)
- Collaborate with teams to improve internal processes (e.g. claims, non-conformities)
- Promote a strong culture of quality, safety, and HSE across the organization
- Lead and develop the Quality team, including recruitment and performance management
- Provide regular reporting and maintain close alignment with Corporate Quality
What We're Looking For
- With a minimum of 7-10 years exeprience in Construction Chemicals
- Strong experience in Quality Management Systems and ISO standards
- Proven track record in audits, certifications, and process improvement
- Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies
- Leadership experience with the ability to influence across teams
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
