This is a backend operations role focused on handling returns and quality assessments. You will be responsible for reviewing returned parcels and supporting dispute evaluation processes internally, without direct communication with people.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality inspections on returned parcels based on internal guidelines
- Assess and verify cases related to returns and disputes with accuracy
- Ensure all evaluations comply with company policies and standards
- Handle backend processing of cases from start to completion
