RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and implement the Food Safety Management System in compliance with regulatory and certification requirement
- Support internal and external audit, including documentation preparation and follow-up of corrective action
- Participate in Traceability exercises and non-conformance investigation
- Review and verify supplier and raw material meet approved quality and regulatory requirement and specification.
- Coordinate external laboratory testing and evaluate result against regulatory and internal specification.
- Review product label and artwork for regulatory compliance
- Support regulatory submission and documentation for local/overseas market
- Maintain Halal documentation and support Halal application and renewal
- Support internal training on food safety and quality standards.
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisor

REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher NITEC / Diploma / Professional Certificates or related field.
- Preferred with good knowledge of Quality Management System (HACCP, BRCGS, FSSC Version 6, ISO 22000)
- Good communication, Organizational and Analytical Skills
- Able to work in a team and independently
