Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Executive to ensure that all products meet our strict quality, safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining HACCP and SFA compliance, implementing QA procedures, and supporting continuous improvement across our production and supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily quality control activities across meat processing and packaging lines.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Food Agency (SFA) regulations, HACCP, and ISO standards.
- Conduct inspections, internal audits, and microbiological sampling as per QA protocols.
- Investigate and resolve product quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformances.
- Maintain accurate QA documentation including SOPs, checklists, reports, and traceability records.
- Support training for production staff on hygiene, food safety, and quality procedures.
- Liaise with external auditors, certification bodies, and regulatory authorities when necessary.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a QA/QC role within the food or meat processing industry.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations in Singapore.
- Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, production environment.
Preferred:
- HACCP certification or training.
- Experience handling audits by SFA or international food safety certifications.
- Experience in Food Processing Industries.
