Quality Assurance Executive (QA Executive)

We're looking for a Quality Assurance Executive to help us maintain the highest standards in education and compliance. In this role, you'll ensure our policies, procedures, and academic programs meet EduTrust and SSG requirements, while driving continual improvement across the school.

What You'll Do:

Monitor and audit processes to ensure compliance with EduTrust and SSG regulations

Collect and analyse data on student outcomes, satisfaction, and key performance indicators

Identify areas for improvement and work with staff to implement solutions

Maintain accurate QA documentation and prepare reports for management and accreditation bodies

Support a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in teaching and operations

What We're Looking For:

Degree in Education, Business Administration, Quality Management, or related field

2+ years of QA experience (preferably in education)

Strong knowledge of EduTrust certification and SSG regulations

Analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail
