Monitor incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards
Ensure all products meet defined quality specifications and customer requirements
Implement and enforce workflow processes in accordance with the Quality Manual
Handle customer returns (RMA) and lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Troubleshoot quality issues and develop improvement plans using tools such as FMEA and Work Instructions (WI)
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, accuracy, and traceability
Lead and manage internal and external audits (e.g., ISO, RBA) and ensure compliance with quality standards
Maintain proper documentation and quality records in line with regulatory and company requirements
Act as the reporting officer for two QC inspectors, providing guidance, supervision, raining and performance monitoring.
Conduct training for new staff on ISO standards and quality system orientation
Any other duties assigned by the report officer.
Requirements
At least 2 years as a QA executive
Knowledge of ISO 9001
Experience in handling audits
Able to travel to customer side at Chin Bee when needed (2-3 days a week)
