EHS Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Performs and supports EHS site activities and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• As a WSHO to provide advice to the stakeholders of the organization to ensure a safe place to work in.
• This position will focus on process safety and contractor management, contributing to both new projects and modifications to existing facilities and supporting the existing EHS department.
• This role is crucial in ensuring that safety regulations and internal standards are upheld, and that contractors comply with all relevant safety protocols.
• Key responsibilities include leading Pre Start-Up Safety Reviews (PSSR), conducting Hazard Operability (HAZOP) studies, and managing contractor safety audits and processes
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of contractor works onsite, ensuring compliance with EHS policies and timely resolution of non-conformance issues.
