Job Description

To assist the PMR Manager in managing the PMR Unit
To ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently and to initiate recovery activities in the event of production disruptions
To ensure periodic maintenance of equipment and processes
To ensure regulatory requirements are complied with at all times
To manage and deploy resources appropriately to achieve production objectives
To record and monitor production stocks and provide production data or reports upon request
To handle all related production log-sheets and documents
To trouble-shoot and investigate production losses and faults in processes and equipment
To be in charge of equipment calibrations
To lead in process improvement
To conduct production tests for new feed and new recovery methods
To design, modify and fabricate production equipment or system
To develop and revise SOP, risk assessment & relevant documents
To participate in ISO and R2 certification and customer audits
To handle ISO and R2 documentation related to production processes
To maintain a safe working environment within the Unit at all times
To train new entrants in PMR Unit
To be a member of the Hazmat/CERT team and Safety Committee and
To perform any other duties as assigned by a superior.
