About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services through rigorous testing, identifying bugs, and collaborating closely with development teams to enhance product performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications.
- Perform manual and automated testing to ensure the quality of products across different platforms (e.g., web, mobile, and backend systems).
- Identify, report, and track defects through the full lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, Product, and Operations) to ensure thorough understanding of requirements and design specifications.
- Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives in an Agile environment.
- Create and maintain automated test scripts and tools to streamline testing processes.
- Analyze testing results and provide clear and actionable insights for improvement.
- Continuously improve testing processes and contribute to best practices within the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing.
- Strong knowledge of software development and testing methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG).
- Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with performance, security, and API testing is a plus.
Preferred:
- Experience in testing mobile applications (iOS/Android).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and microservices architectures.
- ISTQB certification or similar quality assurance certifications.
