Responsibilities :
- Maintain and continuously improve Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems (QEMS).
- Support organization-wide compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 13485 standards.
- Act as Document Control Coordinator to ensure effective control, distribution, retention, and updating of QEMS documentation.
- Plan and conduct internal audits coordinate and support external certification, customer, vendor, and regulatory audits.
- Promote awareness and implementation of quality, environmental, OH&S, and information security policies and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with information security controls and information handling requirements throughout the information lifecycle.
- Drive E‑Kaizen, EMS, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and operational efficiency.
- Support Emergency Response Plans (ERP) and Environmental Management Programs (EMP).
- Report quality, environmental, safety, and information security incidents and risks to relevant internal stakeholders.
- Monitor changes to applicable standards and regulations and advise management accordingly.
Requirements :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering or quality assuranceexperience in supplier management and product qualification is an added advantage.
- Degree in Chemistry, Material Engineering or related Engineering
- Experience in a QMS or similar engineering role exposure to electroplating or manufacturing environments is an added advantage.
- Lead or Internal Auditor experience for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, and IATF 16949 is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Automotive Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, SPC) is an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Independent, self-driven, and committed to continuous improvement.
