Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of QEHS policies, procedures, and programmes
- Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
- Identify gaps and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Support data collection, analysis, and reporting of QEHS performance metrics
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Engineering, Management) to promote a strong safety culture
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices
- Support sustainability initiatives and CSR activities aligned with company goals
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, WSH, or related discipline
- Familiar with ISO standards (ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks/projects
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and grow
