QC Technician

. Perform dimensional/functional inspection ofFirst Article (FA), Incoming, In-process or Outgoing parts using CoordinateMeasurement Machine (CMM) and/or other inspection equipment/tools to ensure that components and products conform to specifications.

. Ensure equipment and tools use duringinspection comply with Calibration and Preventive Maintenance requirements.

. Perform recording of inspection data,monitoring data and other data in accordance to Records Control requirements.

. Initiate non-conformance procedure wheninspection fails and ensure segregation of non-conforming parts in accordanceto Control of Non-Conforming Material.

. Ensure that product identification, status andtraceability is maintained throughout product realization in accordance withrelevant Standard Operating Procedures

. Assist the Calibration Engineer to liaise withcalibration supplier and equipment owner as necessary to ensure promptcalibration of all equipment.

. Assist the Calibration Engineer to monitorcalibration activities and prepare monthly calibration status report tomanagement.

. Assist the Quality Manager to ensure thecompliance of equipment in accordance with Preventive Maintenance requirements.Liaise with equipment owner to ensure prompt completion of all preventivemaintenance activities.

. Assist the Quality Manager to monitorpreventive maintenance activities and prepare monthly preventive maintenancestatus report to management.

. Escalate to Quality Engineer or Quality Managerwhen equipment or tool does not comply with Calibration and PreventiveMaintenance requirements.

. Maintain the manufacturing environment.

. Participate in continuous improvement programssuch as 5S program, yield improvement projects etc.

. Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
