Job Description

QC inspector with CMM

Conduct daily incoming, in-process, and final inspections as assigned by the Qc Manager.

Operate and program CMM (Zeiss) for dimensional inspections.

Prepare and maintain QC inspection reports and related documentation,

Perform measurements using micrometers, vernier calipers, height gauges, and profileprojectors.

ldentify and report any non-conformances or quality issues to the Qc Supervisor.Maintain inspection equipment, ensure calibration status, and assist in preventivemaintenance.

Follow and uphold ls0/As9100/TS16949 or relevant quality standards and procedures.

Keep inspection and work areas clean, safe, and organized.

Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Qc department.

Perform any other duties as required by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field

Minimum 2-3 years ofQCinspection experience in a CNC machining or precisionmanufacturing environment.Proficient in CMM operation and basic programming
