Your Calling

. Perform regular quality assessment on all incoming materials from vendors, in-process fabrication as well as outgoing parts for shipping

. Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations

. Read mechanical drawings, plans and specifications to understand the requirements of product

. Measure product dimensions and compare final product to the specifications

. Maintain records of testing, information and various metrics e.g. number of defective products per day

. Monitor the use of measuring equipment to ensure it is safe and well-maintained

. Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner

Your Success Factors

. Minimum 2 years of experience as quality inspector

. Minimum NTC certification in Precision/Mechanical Engineering or any other related fields

. Able to read mechanical drawings/blueprints

. Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques

. Great attention to detail
