Qc Inspector

Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to QA/QC Manager
• Conduct inspection on welding / NDTs
• Inspection and organize quality works and specs with production, class surveyors and work closely with customers.
• Prepare quality records and reports on product / project after job completion
• Monitor ISO quality audit with Management Committee
• Prepare documentation for client's approval
• Responsible for inspection of incoming goods, final inspection before delivery.
• Responsible in report non-conformance product.
• Able perform shift or night shift duty if require
• Prepare to work late hour if require

Requirements:

• Only open for Singaporeans
• Min. 2 years of experience in QC in Steel/Metal industries
• Qualified welding inspector in AWS or CSWIP or equivalent certificate
• Familiar knowledges on steel materials and welding processes
• With knowledges of NDT, destructive and testing methods
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate to people of all levels.
