Responsibilities:
- Perform in-house testing (sensory, solubility) for raw materials and finished goods to ensure quality compliance.
- Coordinate with external labs for sample submission, testing, and result tracking.
- Monitor production quality through routine checks, GMP inspections, and changeover verification.
- Support product trials and maintain proper sample labelling, storage, and traceability.
- Conduct environmental and hygiene testing, ensuring compliance with food safety standards (GMP, HACCP).
- Maintain accurate documentation, lab records, and ensure timely escalation of non-conformances.
- Ensure lab cleanliness, equipment upkeep, and assist with ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field of study.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- ISO2200, Food Safety Level 1 & 3 certified
