QAQC Manager

Qualifications

1. Engineering Degree with CSWIP 3.1 / AWS-CWI & ASNT Level II (RT, UT, MT, PT).

2. 10+ years in QA/QC managerial roles with strong ISO & project quality plan expertise.

3. Proven experience in audits, quality control plans, and leading quality meetings.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Develop, implement, and manage QMS, QCP, ITP, and document control.

2. Ensure compliance with ISO, ASME, API, and project specifications.

3. Lead vendor evaluations, audits, material inspections, FAT/SAT, and fabrication quality checks.

4. Oversee construction QA/QC, welding/NDT, coatings, and testing activities.

5. Manage NCRs, corrective actions, and ensure proper documentation & traceability.

6. Provide quality training, conduct audits, and promote a culture of quality.

7. Support commissioning and ensure complete client handover of QA/QC documentation.
