Assist QA (Quality Assurance) and QC (Quality Control) teams in preparing and organizing documentary records for standardized welding processes, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of technical documentation.
Organize and manage personnel documents related to construction site staff, including sorting, filing, and updating personal information materials.
Be responsible for the registration and management of passports for relevant personnel, tracking the validity period of passports and reminding relevant personnel to renew them in a timely manner.
Assist in external coordination and communication work to ensure the smooth progress of engineering projects, such as coordinating with external cooperative units, government departments, or other relevant parties on matters related to the project.
Complete other administrative and supportive tasks assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements
Fluent in both Chinese and English, with excellent oral and written communication skills, able to handle daily work communication in both languages.
Proficient in operating various computer document software, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and able to efficiently complete document editing, data sorting, and form making.
Meticulous and careful in work, with a strong sense of responsibility, able to accurately handle detailed work such as document sorting and data registration, and avoid errors.
Hard - working and able to bear work pressure, willing to actively take on work tasks and adapt to the working rhythm of Monday to Saturday.
Strong comprehension ability, able to quickly understand work requirements and project-related information, and efficiently complete assigned work.
Having relevant working experience in engineering, construction, or administrative support is preferred (not a mandatory requirement).
