QA/QC Engineer

. Ensure all steel fabrication and installation works meet quality standards, industry regulations, and project specifications.

. Conduct on-site inspections for received materials. Develop and implement quality plans, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and method statements for steel structural works.

. Verify that welding, coating, and fireproofing processes comply with technical requirements.

. Monitor site activities to ensure alignment with approved plans and specifications.

. Collaborate with factories, operations teams, clients, and stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues and complaints.

. Maintain comprehensive documentation of QA/QC activities, including material certificates, calibration records, test results, inspection reports, NCRs, site instructions, and delivery records.

. Ensure effective implementation and ongoing maintenance of internal quality control systems.
