What do we expect from you
Under to guidance of the Director of Purchasing or any other authorized by the management, to ensure that a coordinated approach is taken in all aspects of procurement to ensure value for money is achieved in a cost effective and efficient way in accordance to the Company policy and procedures.
How your day looks like
- Assist in the introduction of new systems and techniques to generate efficiencies and improved ways of working
- Cooperate in the development, implementation, and monitoring the procurement strategy to ensure efficiency, cost control and transparency.
- Develop and implement Procurement's policy and processes to ensure operational and financial requirements are supported
- Manage, administer and coordinate procurement to ensure compliance with the established standards
- Take an active role in planning and assisting in the delivery of the efficiency targets required for the Hotel
- Develop a robust register of contracts in order to maximize cost efficiencies
- Develop and implement innovative methods of procurement in order to continually improve the business process
- Assist the Director of Purchasing in providing management information and performance measurement in all aspects of procurement in order to track costs and results
- Control process of receiving and store management.
- To perform other duties that management may from time to time reasonably require.
