Key Responsibilities:
- Collate Purchase Requisitions for materials ordering
- Issue PO to Supplier or Vendors
- Review inventories according to orders required
- Responsible for handling all IN/OUT bound documents and permit for overseas
- Review Suppliers & Vendors deliveries against PO on daily Basis
- Handle CN from Supplier
- Work closely with accounts for payment
- Manage FA and Non FA Goods Administration to Finance
- Handle all paper work related to Purchasing or tasks given by HOD.
Requirements:
- ITE, N-Level, O level or 2-3 years experience in Engineering or Construction Business Environments Purchase matters
- Experience in shipping will be a added advantage
- Well-organized and detailed oriented professional
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft. Eg- Excel ,Words.
