Job Description

Our client is in the F&B industry, and they are seeking for Purchasing Executive.

【Responsibilities】

1) Maintain and update database and SOP
- Maintain & update supplier, contact and person-in-charge list
- Maintain & update stock list including stock cost and selling price
- Update SOP on purchasing / ordering / internal delivery

2) Purchase & ordering
- Liaise and assist outlet Managers to order products, kitchen wares, plastic bag etc
- Negotiate with suppliers for the best price, stock, quality, terms and conditions
- To do market research and propose new/valuable products and suppliers
- Source for alternative products when products are not available
- Liaise with supplier on issues with products, shipping and delivery
- Liaise and assist chefs on ordering salmon and sake

3) Inventory
- Design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures
- Document daily delivery and shipments to update inventory
- Prepare documents for stock take and ensure stock take procedure in placed
- Stock take checking

4) Reports
- Prepare analysis reports on inventory operations / Stock levels / adjustment

5) Others / Requirements
- Ad-hoc assigned by Manager.
- Communicate and liaise with outlets Manager and marketing department.
- Require to travel to outlets regularly.

Requirement

【 Requirements & Preferences 】

(Must)
- At least 1 to 3 years of Purchasing experience in the F&B Industry
- Experience in handling Inventory and Reports
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
