Job Summary
Manage end-to-end purchasing operations, support digital procurement system transitions, and coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely, accurate procurement in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage complete purchasing processes including purchase order creation, processing, and tracking to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Support transition from manual to digital purchasing systems by accurately entering data and maintaining records within procurement platforms
- Coordinate procurement activities with internal teams such as operations and finance to meet organizational purchasing needs
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to facilitate smooth procurement transactions and resolve issues promptly
- Handle large volumes of purchasing data during peak periods while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
- Adapt to digital tools and process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency
- Manage multiple procurement tasks concurrently under tight timelines with a proactive and hands-on approach
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to engage and align procurement objectives
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- GCE O/A/Diploma
- 1-2 years of relevant purchasing or procurement experience
- Experience in construction or M&E environments
- Exposure to larger organizations or structured procurement processes
