Key Responsibilities

. Source competitive pricing and prepare accuratequotations to support customer orders.

. Analyse pricing data and maintain price lists.

. Achieve sales margin targets and improvequotation win rates.

. Manage quotation and purchasing processes incompliance with company SOPs.

. Coordinate product inspections, customerprojects, and cross-department support.

. Lead and guide the purchasing team to ensurehigh order fulfilment and strong teamwork.

Requirements

• Experience in procurement / supply sourcing.
• Strong organisational, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks independently.
