Job Summary

You will manage procurement and supply chain activities by creating quotations, purchasing ship consumables, negotiating with suppliers, ensuring material quality, and coordinating timely deliveries to vessels.

Responsibilities

• Create and submit accurate quotations to customers to support sales and procurement processes
• Purchase ship consumables by identifying needs and placing orders to maintain inventory levels
• Source suppliers and negotiate prices to secure cost-effective and quality materials
• Inspect and verify the quality and accuracy of delivered materials to meet company standards
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of materials to vessels

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience or knowledge of the marine or oil & gas industry to enhance procurement effectiveness
