Job Responsibilities:
· Manages the purchases of construction materials at site.
· Make orders for construction materials and other items as requested.
· Ensure timely delivery of orders.
· Ensure all delivery orders are in accordance with PO and verification of DO for preparation of payment.
· Call for quotations and source for new supplies if need and recommendation of award.
· Follow up on complaints on product quality.
· Process and generate PO/RO.
Requirements:
· GCE O/A Levels or Diploma qualifications.
· At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office.
· Prior experience in working in construction site, especially in Civil projects.
· Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
Masters/ Post Graduate, Diploma, Bachelors/ Degree, ITC/NTC/Vocational
