about the job
- Lead procurement initiatives focused on cost savings, risk mitigation, and supplier performance monitoring.
- Prepare tender documents in compliance with the company's procurement policy and submit award recommendations for approval in line with the delegation of authority.
- Oversee pre- and post-contract activities to ensure agreements are established with critical suppliers, including timely initiation of contract renewal negotiations.
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, fostering engagement for performance reporting and mutually beneficial collaboration.
skills and experience required
- Minimum diploma in Business Administration / Engineering Studies / Supply Chain & Procurement Management, or equivalent
- preferably at least 5 years of procurement and project management experience
