Job Responsibilities:
Manages the purchases of construction materials at site.
Make orders for construction materials and other items as requested.
Ensure timely delivery of orders.
Ensure all delivery orders are in accordance with PO and verification of DO for preparation of payment.
Call for quotations and source for new supplies if need and recommendation of award.
Follow up on complaints on product quality.
Process and generate PO/RO.
Requirements:
GCE O/A Levels or Diploma qualifications.
At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Prior experience in working in construction site, especially in Civil projects.
Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
Masters/ Post Graduate, Diploma, Bachelors/ Degree, ITC/NTC/Vocational
