Job Description
Location:
- Tai Seng
- $2600-$4000
- 5-20% performance related pay (PRP) per month
- 2% medical pay per month
- Yearly salary increment
- Source and purchase construction, maintenance, repair, and handyman-related materials, tools, and equipment.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with suppliers.
- Manage purchase orders and ensure materials are delivered on time.
- Coordinate with project/site teams on material requirements and delivery schedules.
- Monitor stock levels and arrange timely replenishment.
- Maintain good relationships with suppliers and source new suppliers when required.
- Ensure purchases are within the allocated project budget.
- Handle quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and other purchasing documentation.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant purchasing experience in the construction, building, or renovation industry.
- Good knowledge of construction materials, suppliers, and market pricing.
- Strong negotiation and quotation comparison skills.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple purchase requests.
