- Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, including sourcing, RFQs, negotiations, shipping, and delivery follow-ups.
- Review and procure materials, components, and equipment based on MRP requirements.
- Monitor and expedite material shortages with vendors to ensure timely availability.
- Collaborate with supply chain planning and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of materials and components to meet production schedules.
- Oversee inventory management, periodically reviewing and implementing stocking rules set by management.
- Coordinate with logistics providers for shipment arrangements, tracking shipment status, and handling customs declarations.
- Work with suppliers to meet quality, delivery, and inventory control objectives.
- Process purchasing documentation, including vendor code setup, and ensure accurate matching and submission of PO, DN, and invoices to Finance.
- Manage RMA (Return Material Authorization) and NCT (Non-Conformance Tracking) units with suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) standards.
