Responsibilities:
- Manage daily purchase requests from sales, projects, and operations within budget and timeline.
- Source and assess suppliers for price, quality, and lead time issue purchase orders accordingly.
- Coordinate with warehouse and finance on goods receipt, inventory, and supplier payments.
- Monitor stock levels, support demand planning, and adjust orders to avoid shortages or excess.
- Liaise with local and overseas suppliers on deliveries, pricing, and terms.
- Work with QC, Logistics, and Product teams to resolve quality or delivery issues.
- Support audit documentation and escalate major supply issues when needed.
Requirements :
- A diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on experience in procurement or a similar role.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Solid understanding of procurement strategies and sourcing methods.
