Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To manage site office and HDB Building Service Centre, attend to resident's feedback and complaints. Interact with residents to maintain good relationship.
  • Assist on phone calls and emails to answer resident's enquiries. Make appointment for resident to attend inspection with BSC (Building Service Centre) team.
  • Liaison with consultants and HDB officers.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents. Maintain & upkeep of Information Centre & BSC.
  • Organize and coordinate site meetings, conferences.
  • Provide admin support to the project team.
  • Assist HR department to handle foreign construction worker matters.
  • Assist Finance Department for project petty cash claim matters.
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by project manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least a higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
  • Experience in handling HDB BTO project is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word and Power Point.
  • Willing to work at HDB construction site.
  • Fluent in English and strong communication skills.
