To manage site office and HDB Building Service Centre, attend to resident's feedback and complaints. Interact with residents to maintain good relationship.
Assist on phone calls and emails to answer resident's enquiries. Make appointment for resident to attend inspection with BSC (Building Service Centre) team.
Liaison with consultants and HDB officers.
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents. Maintain & upkeep of Information Centre & BSC.
Organize and coordinate site meetings, conferences.
Provide admin support to the project team.
Assist HR department to handle foreign construction worker matters.
Assist Finance Department for project petty cash claim matters.
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by project manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least a higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
Experience in handling HDB BTO project is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word and Power Point.
Willing to work at HDB construction site.
Fluent in English and strong communication skills.
