Job Summary

We are hiring a Public Relations Officer (PRO) for a 12-month fixed-term role supporting a sewerage upgrading project in Western and North Singapore. You will manage public relations activities, engaging stakeholders and coordinating the Public Relations Programme alongside the Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Engage and educate property owners, occupiers, and residents on project-related matters to foster positive community relations
• Liaise with Contractor's Public Relations Officers to develop, coordinate, and supervise the Public Relations Programme for the project
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to manage public relations issues and ensure effective communication throughout the construction phases
• Manage stakeholder relationships during project construction to achieve positive outcomes and minimize disruptions

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Mass Communication or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in public relations, specifically managing stakeholders during project construction phases

Other Information

• This is a 5.5-day on-site role based at the site office around Bukit Batok area
• The role is subject to project circumstances with potential renewal beyond the 12-month fixed term
