Job Description

Supervise installation of ducts, anchorages, and PT strands
Ensure correct alignment and fixing before concrete casting
Plan and execute post-tensioning stressing operations
Monitor elongation readings vs theoretical values
Conduct and supervise grouting operations
Verify materials (strands, wedges, anchor heads, grout) meet specifications
Maintain PT records: stressing logs, elongation reports, calibration certificates
Prepare Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and checklists
Ensure compliance with project specifications and applicable codes
Coordinate with:Site engineers and construction teamsDesign engineers / consultantsPT system suppliers and subcontractors
Resolve technical issues such as:Blocked ductsStrand breakageIncorrect elongation results
Plan PT activities in line with construction schedule
Report daily progress and highlight delays/issues
Assist in method statements and work procedures
