Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to develop tailored prosthetic and orthotic treatment plans
- Perform precise hand casting and scanning for various amputation levels and custom device fabrication
- Modify, fit, deliver, and conduct follow-ups on prosthetic and orthotic devices to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Support hospital and clinic staff by assisting with post-operative evaluations and device delivery processes
- Engage in outreach and marketing activities to build relationships with referral sources and healthcare professionals
- Educate patients and their families on proper device use, maintenance, and care to enhance treatment effectiveness
- Collaborate closely with physicians and therapists to coordinate care and optimize patient rehabilitation
- Adapt to additional clinical duties as assigned to support team and patient needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Certified Prosthetist/Orthotist, Certified Prosthetist, or Certified Orthotist
- More than 2 years of relevant clinical experience preferred, with openness to passionate early-career professionals
- Demonstrated strong clinical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to compassionate patient care
