At our company, a dedicated Property Manager will be:
- Responsible for the daily operation of the buildings or condominiums
- Supervise and coordinate all maintenance and administrative staff assigned to the project
- Carry out all maintenance functions to the highest standard expected for the client and the subsidiary proprietors
- Lead a team of personnel of providing maintenance, finance, security, fire safety and car park management
- Ensure all contract works or routine servicing are carried out accordingly as specified in their contracts agreement
- Review all contracts, agreements and insurance before their expiry and recommend renewal or call for quotation / tender
- Co-ordinate council meetings and general meetings
Job Requirement
- Possess Diploma or Degree in Real Estate Management or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Real Estate Management or related field
- Love working with People and is able to communicate with people of all level
- Strong leadership quality and problem solver
- Good communication and written skill
- Able to start immediately will be advantageous
- Able to prioritise tasks and passion in buildings management
