Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Executive based in Singapore. The Property Executive will be responsible for managing daily property and strata management operations, liaising with tenants and owners, attending to inquiries and issues, facilitating maintenance and repairs, coordinating with relevant service providers, and ensuring compliance with local property regulations and guidelines. Additionally, the role involves preparing and maintaining documentation and supporting the execution of property management strategies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in property management practices, strata management, and compliance regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing client and tenant relations
- Competence in organizational skills, document preparation, and administration
- Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to address and resolve tenant or property-related issues effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable
- Relevant certifications in property management or real estate will be an advantage
