Job Profile Summary
This is a property sales role for CDL's new property launches as well as current inventory.
Job Responsibilities
- To proactively and resourcefully canvass potential sales leads, build continuous sales pipeline through various platforms and channels so as to meet established sales targets.
- To attend to sales enquiries and walk-in customers.
- To support marketing agents in terms of sales administration and legal documents.
- To manage and execute all advertising and promotional events and programmes.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Independent, self-motivated and achievement driven
- Outgoing and vibrant personality with a strong passion towards customer service
- Team player
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
