Job Profile Summary

This is a property sales role for CDL's new property launches as well as current inventory.

Job Responsibilities

  • To proactively and resourcefully canvass potential sales leads, build continuous sales pipeline through various platforms and channels so as to meet established sales targets.
  • To attend to sales enquiries and walk-in customers.
  • To support marketing agents in terms of sales administration and legal documents.
  • To manage and execute all advertising and promotional events and programmes.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Independent, self-motivated and achievement driven
  • Outgoing and vibrant personality with a strong passion towards customer service
  • Team player
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays
