Job Summary
Join our team as a Project Manager to lead creative interior design and project execution, delivering innovative solutions that meet client needs and ensure successful renovation outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to Director.
- Account Servicing: Obtain design requirements, present design proposal, prepare costing and quotation, negotiate and clinch deal.
- Review drawings to ensure compliance with client and authority requirements.
- Manage project Processes from initiating, planning, executing, monitoring & controlling, to final closing.
- Manage full Scope of commercial interior design & construction projects, including architectural, M&E, and submission works.
- Manage project Schedule to ensure Project are delivered on time.
- Manage Cost and budget, including reviewing contractor contracts, and controlling expenses.
- Maintain Quality, including conducting factory checks, job site housekeeping, and adhering to safety standards.
- Optimize Resource utilization, including manpower and materials management.
- Develop effective Communications between internal Staff & Management, Contractors, Clients, Agents, and Authorities, including conducting meetings, preparing and presenting project status updates & reports.
- Identify Project Risks and prepare mitigation measures.
- Prepare and complete documentation as required by relevant stakeholders.
- Manage defect servicing and maintenance works.
