Project Support Coordinator

Position: Project Coordinator (9 Months Contract)

Job Summary:

The successful applicant will support the Project Manager by overseeing the project tasks related to the new Procurement system and ensure the project is on track to achieve the deliverables and meet the timeline. The role reports to the Project Manager.

Requirements:

• Possess Project Management Certification or related qualification
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience
• Experienced with e-Procurement system and Source-to-Pay processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, Powerpoint)
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Excellent stakeholder engagement abilities
• Meticulous and detail-oriented
• Pleasant disposition with strong co-ordination, problem-solving, time management and interpersonal skills
• A strong team player who actively contributes and support others
